Nothing to like in this company and it's group company, i.e. wangda technology, spd gadget etc.

Dislikes

worst work culture, company donot follow any rule and regulation framed by Indian government. Like labour laws, and any other laws. Management think it's employee like slave (gulam), because it's chaines company and every management personnel soughting on every one without any reason. I never recommend to join this company.

There is nothing so much that I like there no certain policy and also I regret why I join this company now I am working on posting this post but searching other opportunities also , in my last 6 month of working

HR policy is not here. bad management no canteen or tea/coffee. no increment everyone is working 9~10 months in probation in average, they don't complete probation period easily. no basic facilities. no medical insurance. no job security. no appreciation.

Young people in office. (because you dont have to pay much to freshers)

HR policy nahi he. (no leaves, no increament) Chinese can shout in front of anyone. no facilty (no cafe/canteen, No Insurance, No Medical, no travel allowance) Management is very bad. Favoritism bht hota he yha..

I liked the working culture of Mickeyfone technologies India pvt. ltd. Supportive Staff, one of the best companies to start working at. I was in Finance Department, they were so supportive and I learnt a lot from them.

Dislikes

Not every department has the same way to treat freshers or new joiner. Growth in a company is quite slow, you can just learn from here.
