This company is taken over by Welspun enterprises,now the subsidiary of Welspun enterp. .Before joining make sure this company is run by one man and he is sitting on supersonic jet and he will not give you single second to rethink.cimpany culture is very toxic and people fight every now and then with each other.Only blame game from first day of joining the company.If you are ok with firing line and ready to make your life hell then only consider this company as option .

Dislikes

so called CFO ,Ceo ,of this company work in old fashion of school.He will make sure and make the effort all pst work done in company was excellent after your joing all thing became problematic and because of this he is unable to present management all the comments.Comoany culture is all together different from holding company welspun enterprises. No new people can survive in this company for more than 6 month.If you try to settle down tey will introduce new drama.Specialy Girl and family man who has having responsibility on his soulder you will be became jobless in 6 month and ready to face all challenges and gun on your soulder

One thing is for sure the company is growing and agressive for more projects in further future and shall further be listed company. 1 shall learn about all the fields and gain overall experience for that particular job.

Dislikes

More and more work shall be done from 1 person i.e company shall get output of 5 people from 1 person. No Job security you will be fired anytime No OT for staff

No safety rules is followed quickly and no on ever understanding the safety person and there is no respected the safety person
