Really i didn't expected that I would be working in retail field, so this is my first job at Banglore working for mia by Tanishq and i am sure that I am really having a nice time with my colleagues and i am so thankful to the organisation that they gave me this ample opportunities of knowing people's around you. So far i had dealt with so many customers with their own personnel needs and i really loved to help getting something for them they are looking for. I know its not just about high value sales you should sell them only a product that fits their requirement so they walk in to your store next time because they know your stores care for them. And best part you can talk to anyone in your organisation team if you feel you are ready to move forward so its not like you hesitate to talk to your bosses.

There are sometimes we really run out in collections so at that particular time customers really get embarrassed and walks off leaving them a bad impression.
