All my teammates are very good some people does politics in work and I don't like it at all, our trainer is best trainer, company inovates new technologies. My company gave me the store which is near my home because of safety and company is very strict about timing spacially for female staff and for female staff's safety, earlier in Mi Home there was very good career growth, I have learn so many things here and I want to learn more, i have a baby and because of my work timing m unable to give much time to my son and we only have one weekly off in that off we have to do all our pending personal works it's lil hard to balance work and personal life because of not much leaves and only one off

Dislikes

I only dislike that some people who does very bad politics, and company didn't provide much leaves.

Likes

Starting one year was good they gave us Store target as per Store potential , After that management were change .they only believe in Vlook ups in Data and average .They never analyze store potential. Work in ground level not in air.

Dislikes

Before Lockdown all policies was good , after pandemic management will change They are come from General Trade ,as they treat like General trade. Incentive policies are worst Top management they didn`t worry about their team.
