There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.Company hold our salary with out information.Career growth is slow.So plz its a request don't join this company..

Offering one of it’s kind experience in terms of services. Good colleagues to work with. Behaviour of seniors is respectful if someone works sincerely. Rapid skill development. Really good for young graduates aspiring to make career in sales marketing but intense hard work required to pull through. Overall good to work for 3 years. Can also continue for long but need some strong motivation for the same.

Dislikes

Organisation lacks strategy and clarity. Questionable hiring. Promotion policy and criteria aren’t aligned. Unplanned travel is threatening to well being. Lack of sync among different depts leading to too much work but little productivity. Too much issues in membership to solve. Sales and service toghether is difficult. Sudden change in organisation policies leads to uncertainty and demotivation.

Due to the no so interested HOD I was able to run the show on my own which sharpened my leadership skill, I was able to be a good decision maker and I learnt Indian guest handling , made my dealings smoother

Dislikes

Working at MHRIL was totally unsatisfactory, company has been growing tremendously , they have the product , they have the client but lack service , I mean the real service culture is missing. They are still struck on just like selling cars and forgetting. Their standards are below par so they have to discount everything. If customer asks for discounts they will give becoz they know they are selling sub standard product
