Top worst builder in Chennai, After resignation they will steal your salary, incentives and even PF amount too. They will say the PF amount will be settled but no single rupee will be settled in your PF account for more than 3 months. If we call they will say will check and update but no update will be give back. They will treat the customer as same after booking. No proper response for the workers and too the customers. Never buy property with MGP and Never join in MGP it will totally spoil your career.

...LDER only deals with cash transactions. They will not fulfill their commitments. They claim that salaries will be paid on time, but they do not follow through. The company lacks proper leadership, and there is no job security. It's not advisable to consider a career with MGP."

Good work environment n culture.Teammates are supportive n the management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair n they give good salry hike n bonus every year..
