As a MGNREGS Employee , There Is No Job Guarantee , & Salary Is Below Expectations, Even Work Culture Is Pathetic, Since this is a contractual Job , Everyone From Other Departement forced us to do their works or every single day we are getting threat to loose our job by higher authorities , even sometimes we have to work on sunday as well or do some task that even does not a part of our job profile.

Very low salary for working as a rural employee and negligible other expenses or allowances for field level work thus causing financial and psychological hardship.

...ovt job advertigement/ employment job news paper prints is first trap ,seems to be a good lifestyle and salary pacage, but here not say, a salary ,word its a ,compensation, recievieng after 6 to 7 months ,doesnt know next stteppend when arrived,this only hope seems to believe one day we will be regularized, but MNREGA act is made like no one can change it for regulerozation of employyes of mnrega, oter job like shiksha karmi appointed approximately same year as amvida act after 10 year the y are regularized by chhattishgarh govt, ,and paid a great honored salary which is credited every 1st date of month ,without any huddle ,like me 15000 educated people trapped in slavery so long period does not any hope for going further , please dont fill any kind of form for recruitment in mnrega its a trap ,it is very bad campare to prisoner,

Here you are never allowed for make strikes for demanding life style, and salary packege ,and honor,your owen rights made by them,no timely salary payments,therefore you unable to get any kind of loan from any banks,no pension,no HRA,NO any Bhattaj,full do shit

It is possible that migration can stop, throw this development is being done , all the facilities of the government are available to the village .

Salary time does not come on foot , which makes it very difficult to walk home and and salary is also not increasing .

this is government agency , it is DRDA Distic Ruler Agency, it India government Yojna MGNREGA , My work is a dtata entry of Job Card, and give a taring about MGNREGA BLOCK MIS about any New Concept MGNREGA, And Typing leater and Forwarding leater of block,

the work is contract base , (11 month) , i have to work in holidays, and salary is not increase, so i change this job
