If you're working hard and constantly come first but don't laugh and chat with your managers, you won't receive any appreciation for your work or any appraisal in salary. 2. The base salary structure in the organisation is one of the lowest in the market with average CTC being 2 LPA. 3. The work ethics is completely unprofessional with Assistant Managers treating you like pest. If you put your voice or point of view in front of them, they'll term it as having an attitude and asking us to quit citing that they will get more potential candidates.

Higher Management is very terrible they only believe in favoritism and in the name of salary they only give 11500 to 15000 to the post graduation holders and they don,t give single value to their executives. Don,t go in this company they will Ruin your entire future

I think there is pros and cons in every company .But I think there is no dislike about working with M.G.M Sales Pvt.ltd Because if you think you are capable there is no dislike thing about company.
