My time with MGM was truly disheartening.There was a notable absence of collabration,respect, and teamwork among employees.Instead of fostering an environment that nurtures growth and innovation ,the company seems to prioritize a toxic atmosphere. Senior management lacks direction crucial decisions are either delayed or impulsive without considering long term implications .The company is run by individuals who lacks skills, experience and ethical standard.Work life balance is a joke here if you are moving out of any asian countries for work life balance please avoid working at this place.

MGM Muthu is not the best to work for. The typical company which does not have any kind of employee recognition system or appreciation. Their Human Resources department (Which does not exist) is limited to payroll management. Incumbents with no ambition or to get into a job which is a temporary source of income. Team mates are so insecure of the job that everyone tries to pass on the buck to someone else. There is literally no training, I have not seen any promotions unless the person is in sales and is responsible to get revenue to the company, Appraisal system is discretionary and is approved by the owner/ chairman himself, work environment is toxic and the worst part is that there is no respect for your personal life. You are required to work tirelessly and you cant expect anyone to understand that you have a life beyond work space. Unethical practices like putting people on furlough and still getting work done from them. Abusing the HMRC funds was very common
