No professional system and culture. Better for time out. No support sytem from the managemnet. No weightage in comitment of HR and personal team .Position and heirarchy sytem gives poor value. Labour Union leader behaviour is extreemly bad and having power of any final decission. Site management cant do anything against him. Non professional company.

Departmental staffs are very supportive, friendly and helping nature. Get the salary on every month first week on the basis of a DRI plant.

Dislikes

Now working environment is very bad. Variable shift timing. Very bad management system(HR Department& their policy). Cant think of a sartisfied future here.

This is very good Platform for learners.Very Advance and Expensive Equipment used in this company and All staf are friendly and supportive. Thanks To MGM for gave me this opportunity.

Great exposure, job satisfaction, green field project complete successfully by leading (E & I) dept. All related instruments / equipments selection, inspection, trial, dispatch clearance etc. Great experience that the company is readily adopt latest technology. I love the facts that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Most of the time i do receive appreciation from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers.
