Timely salary and yearly increment . Plant Very good,

Dislikes

No professional system and culture. Better for time out. No support sytem from the managemnet. No weightage in comitment of HR and personal team .Position and heirarchy sytem gives poor value. Labour Union leader behaviour is extreemly bad and having power of any final decission. Site management cant do anything against him. Non professional company.

Departmental staffs are very supportive, friendly and helping nature. Get the salary on every month first week on the basis of a DRI plant.

All related instruments / equipments selection, inspection, trial, dispatch clearance etc. Great experience that the company is readily adopt latest technology.
