Can improve on salary and appraisal based on effort and perfection

I like the environment and culture but employees should be treated little more better especially when come to seniority and appraisals

There is a lot of politics and doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is very slow and unfair. New joiners are treated well than seniors. All process goes for formalities.

Micromanagement and the L&D team and HR need to work on culture of r the organisation . There is no belonging towards the organisation . Trust is missing .

Partiality in charge specific i mention name here mrs. Priya, ans, sripriya, i quit the job here for mainly reason these two members, 3years im worked here, for me only no salary increment , etc.... I don't want to mentioned here,

Poor management, there is no support for nurses. No benefits, no respect for nurses worst experience , I don't refer my friends anymore, very bad hostel facility, working hours are not acceptable, terrible leave policy

My conclusion about this hospital there is no credit for nurses there are treated like scavenger
