Working culture is very good in MGF TOYOTA...COMPANY Policies are not good for all employees.

...ia,After that MGF started firing the employee , Left me too without any reason..MGF TOYOTA gave less than half the salary. I did not approve for this. That,s why I quit my job & went to home town with my family. I was not even given a week,salary.

Mgf Toyota is a good organization . My colleague us very cooperative . There I feel familiar environment. I learn many things.my point of view private job time not sure many time here working hour 1and 2 hour extra .but I don't feel any issue any more working house I want to change job only growth in carrier

There not any negative things . But I feel some staff member play a politics instead off official work they are negative created between staff member but It is common things in cooperate

I really like the work culture and I got daily new ideas and thoughts which gives me moral support and mentally strong.
