They fired me during covid 19 lockdown without any notice . They didn't pay my last 2 month salary.

Working environment is fine but there is no personal growth at all as a civil engineer . All you have to do is to follow conservative old methods of construction.

I believe that this is the kind of organization where I can utilize my skills and knowledge, while also continuously learning and growing professionally. I am also impressed by the supportive and inclusive work culture, which I believe is crucial for both personal and professional growth.

Not a good experience unless you have you have your relatives at a better designation in the company.

No Growth, If you want to earn without doing anything, this is the bestest place. Hard workers, Smart workers & idle worker all are the same, and this is the best thing i know about this company. (best for idle workers i guess)

Alot of learning experience in bridge construction which develop confidence in me. A very good working relationship with senior& management.

Dislikes

Since it is private limited .so there is no job security & safety during work.Also no any other facilities & services provided .
