Too much politics. Most bad person in the office is trainer. Those he disliked he terminated from the job by politics or those he like he promoted them. Most 3rd class person I never seen.

Coworkers and seniors are very supportive and considerate. Great to start your career with, you get a learn a lot about the corp[orate world and work culture. You get to develop your skills and learn a lot of things. Flexible work culture and working space.

Foul mouthed manager, unskilled team lead who can not even speak one sentence in English correctly, does not know how to behave to juniors. Very very bad culture overall. Manager uses offensive slangs on the floor and the lady HR laughs at that, as if the manager cracked a joke. HR doesn't know anything regarding policies, just a puppet to the manager who again is a crook. So, pathetic work culture and doesn't deserve to belong to the club of IT companies. I will definitely not suggest anyone to work there.
