MG MOTOR is open to innovation and rapidly adopts latest technology in automobile sector. I Love the fact that i am a part of spare part team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The working pressure is too much high in Aftersale Divison due to organization moto is fulfill customers demand on time. sometimes, i have to works 12-14 hours straight in a day. i also solves too much query like system point of view, support point of view but there is no any appreciation email from our superior.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

...mple There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The company is open to innovation & readily adoptslatest technologies. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products. Employee rehire policy is also good here. The company also supports it's employee financlly in emergency, so manpower productivity becomes smooth. Any asset or tool required to enhance the business is readily available.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high on myself individual. I do receive appreciation emails from my Principal Company Representative, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Team is very supportive, environment and culture is very good ,also they are providing many more facilities for female employees like nany, chrech etc.

There are lack of system and process ,as MG motor starter production before 4-5 years

1. Management seems to have no broader plan for there lowermost layers, as policies are still not clear. 2. Planning aspect is very Bad in terms of Production. Nobody knows except assembly Shop what will be the next day plan.
