I liked working with Chinese boss ,who was profession and helpful in growing oneself .

Missing Inclusion. Annual compensation is based on face values and not on actual KPI s set. Weak HR policy and control.

...dumping blame on subordinates. Performance matters less than personal relations. No compensation for working on off days. Employee grievances are often unheard.

Senior and manager all are supportive.

Dislikes

...ture wise not good, any time they will call for working Saturday Sunday as well. Overtime pay also not able to pay and at time of shift meed time they will ask for OT.

Lots of learning in industrial area specially I automobile sector , physically as well as software also good environmental & Supportive Team and their policy . But about financial groth level is poor , most of people are working under Contract based job hence Dosen't suite for long time staying in the Company.

All are Contractual basis job . & low range increase in yearly salary.
