Always ++++, employees are more committed to work irrespective of the timing, their health and some times they even forget about their own family...The employees always in a belive that the company will take care of everything..... Experienced professionals do not get support for their businesses. No team work, Employee exploitation. Higher positions are held by non-experienced people, who doesn't know ground reality . Their relationship with customers have been deteriorated due to misbehavior of collection teams
