Being its current employee i would say in MG Builder & Developers is no place for unprofessionalism, discrimination and indiscipline. Working culture is quit good. Top management is very supportive. If you looking for a good company to work with i would suggest atleast you should visit office first before listening false rumors and believe them blindly. You can thanks me later :)

If you do your job sincerely you wont find any negativity otherwise there are plenty of excuses out there to hide your weakness.

Best company, work culture was so good, provide best training to new employees, the seniors even the MD will help me out if i got any problem i never seen such a work culture.

only the behavior of Managing director towards employees rest environment is pathetic.

Biasness towards old employees.No co-operation among the people.Based on hiring and firing concept.Smoking/ Drinking inside the office premises, abusive language etc.No written policy.
