... for 10+ hours everyday without complaining. You are overworked and underpaid. Oh, they change their payroll rules very conveniently, making sure no one gets their bonus either. Being associated to the company does no credit to one’s resume either. The learning curve needs to be worth being overworked (Aka struggle/hustle) but if the company’s vision is as blurred, there’s nothing coming out of it.

teams are great will get most of learning and area to grow. great work life balance

they can layoff at any point of time even after laying you off they wont pay full compensation for the covered notice period. do not consider of joining mfine if you have dependables. now with the current management people the office is full of politics. not the right place for female employees.

...here is worst management and insufficient, Incapable staff working like labours. For the company everyone is a daily labour and they will decide who to pay or not in the end of month. Worst company.

Don't join here and waste your career and precious time which we will lose here. This Mfine and it's investors like Lifecell are playing a fraudulent corporate game only to show that Mfine is making profits but actually they are trying to fool and find another investor to sell Mfine. People joining here are fools not understanding the corporate fraud games.

Nothing good here , they layoffs one call without giving any notice period , also they not provide full salary of notice If any woman employees please make some distance Rahul shukla Fresher do not go there , some unprofessional hr laughing at day of layoffs.

No work-life balance as roster was there but not followed efficiently, no job security (asked to leave by a single voice call that too without any intimation), no appraisal and promotion to tenured employees (even to performers).
