Ambience of the company is good being situated in one of the well known place in goregaon. You can stick with the company for long term if you have no other places to go.

Dislikes

High level politics, management doesn't care a penny about the employees. Its a trucking business so will be treated like one. If you are from technical background THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. You have to be attentive 24hrs forget your personal life. And once you leave you are a literal trash for company. Company didn't care for one of the oldest employee before harassing him forget about newbies.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
