Its a 6 days working company and punching timings are strictly followed. Most of people (almost 55%-60%) in company are above 50 age group; so they are extremely rigid. No employee engagement or welfare activities; only come to office, do work and go to home. Management mission: My way or High way.

Likes

Great place to work, career development, ample opportunities to grow without much restrictions, lot of scope for training/ upskilling staff, quality-savvy management in undertaking good quality projects, freedom/ flexibility to staff. Last but not the least, its not a huge company, not a very senior player in the industry, but whatever projects undertaken so far can give sleepless nights to the top players in the industry.

Dislikes

Nothing great to comment here, but Work can be lively experience by organising team get-together, team outing etc which again contributes to better productivity.
