Last 3 years I am working in company over all job back to back good , forther work place ok , room ok , caring employees salary low but monthly create,

...employees, they want only human machine only not considered employees life , And corona virus time 20% salary cutting overall all 6 mounth but till now not create employees account, last 2 year EL money not create, they are not given EL & co level , what ever ask fo job job
