Company took care of full salary payment in this pandemic situation. Another benefit given by the company i.e health insurance for me and my family. No pressure given to join fieldwork. Overall benefits were given that is good.

If you want a fast career growth then it is not the right place. Compensations and payments are less than other companies. As it is a target base job, pressure is a little bit high if you do not achieve target.

Previously i worked in meyer organics its very nice experience about me and company follow the GMP rules and regulations. Work is very cool they all are supported to each and every thing. Management also is very good company. It will very use full learn the things to freshers.

Dislikes is not there but salary only less. This company very usefull for freshers.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year.

There is no job security here. During pandemic they fired people working in an entire division without prior intimation or any compensation, including me. Management is too money minded and doesn't care about people working for them.
