...my confirmation letter. As I was sure she wasn't, she got scolded for that also. HR doesn't provide you salary slips and when you ask them to make it, they will make n number of mistakes while making it that you will end up cursing them again. It took HR people 5 attempts to make a proper experience letter. Also they work with their eyes closed and often blame others for their own mistakes. There is no healthy work culture in the company. Even if these people already know each other, even then they play politics among themselves only. Salary is often delayed every month.
Limited products resulting in low turnovers and hence not an aggressive brand, limited opportunity to grow in sales since it's a flat organisation, powers are not decentralised all decisions taken by VP- Sales to the level of micro managing the entire sales operations. Annual sales meets done on Google meet, no personal contacts.
Higher authority has no respect for employees to whatsoever. You are always being valued upon how you do not justify your salary and yes you get to hear that a lot (common for moat employees, never happened to me though). Shouting and demeaning your employees infront of other employees is quite a routine. There is no such thing as a closed door conversation. They flip from their words as and when suitable leaving you dumbstruck.
There is no job security. The attrition rate is ever increasing and so is the hiring rate.
No defined role ever, no professionalism either in terms of delegation of tasks, or communication.
...hat HR is unprofessional, unethical with one always sleeping with her eyes open. You won't get salary on time as HR will always be having some technical issues every month. And salary slips? Wake up from dream! I would like to throw some spotlight on another "beloved" department - FINANCE. Finance people will make a mistake while passing entry on their software and you will eventually come to know that it was your fault and not theirs'.
Trust me, pseudo feminism has rotten the Indian society and how come this company will stay immune? The guy who was fired was a nice guy, positive and jolly. He wasn't given any chance to justify himself, was just asked to leave upon just the complaint, without any proper investigation. MD firing politics is real.
...re accused of wasting time, even if your work is complete.
HR dept is terrible
Pay Slip is shady// HR cannot explain you well themselves.
No healthy work culture
The managers are sometimes very violent and abusive
And lastly there is no job security. You can join today and be fired the next day without any explanation. While I was working there, I saw 10 people fired in a month, when the strength of the company at that time was just 30 in total.
One day the head verbally abused the marketing head in front of everyone. Even though she is extremely hard-working and honest. In such a toxic environment, its impossible to grow.
Will not recommend to anyone!
