Work from home... salary given on time...bus facility. Each Saturday off.

Dislikes

Too much politics. No job security. Only Bootlickers and credit takers would survive and get promotion. Terrible work culture,especially in Supply Chain dept. Worst and psycho managers, also some managers don't have knowledge. Using abusive language. No scope for introvert and hard working employee. Company appointing only good looking candidates. (especially female). Top level managers are taking advantage for employees.

While the open culture and skill development opportunities are great, the compensation could be more competitive to better reflect the effort and dedication put in by the employees.

Overall it's an employee friendly organisation but for HR professional it's not that good company to work for as they do not respect HR position and compensation is not upto the mark, it's not in line with the kind of work an HR professional has to perform in the organisation

Dislikes

Salary hike was limited, HR professional is been hired on contractual basis and after the completion of contract period also the internal HR heads are not ready to increase the salary of contractual people which eventually leads to exit of contractual hired HR professional.

...t work at all and doesn't know the process well is promoted as a Process leader. Salary hike is not that great. Yes you get bonus every year

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics, favouritism and the management doesn't addresses the same. Salary is decent however no carrier growth. You need to have a god father for you to grow and survive in Mettler-Toledo Non of the senior management knows how to speak English

Leave policy is good and there is remote working flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary is below the average market payscale. Employee benefits are also limited. The higher management is approachable but they do not act on the request and promises they make. Decision making is very slow.
