...balance is pathetic and there is no transparancy from hiring to joining process. after joining, people are forced to shift to other places without compensation.

best company i worked in..but politics at higher management has limited this comPany growth..particulary most employees at gurgaon office are bootlickers..

salary is not too good..some people with less qualification andbless experience get more salary than well qualified and experienced people

Working hour are fixed ( no over stay). Transport facility for blue colar & white colar. Canteen facility too good. Family get together functions.

Dislikes

Very delay in promotion. Less growth in salary. Reductions in benefit day by day. Having strict working hour rather than flexible. Only alternate Saturday are off.

Health and safety of Employees are well taken care. Complex reporting system because of Global management.

Dislikes

Management needs to focus on compensation and growth of all Employees. Need to have good review system and should be approachable by the lowest grade employees for any concerns.

Great organization. Great work environment and culture of the company. Many things to learn and grow. Many benifits while working here those other organisations might not provide you.

Dislikes

Although there is nothing dislike. But they are not hiring talent now a days. Salary, hike, promotions are less.
