Good work environment teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. There is not any cafeteria and nor a gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are partially good they don’t give good salary hike nor bonus every year.

METSCCO heavy steel industries limited a manufacturer of heavy steel structure like pressure vessel tank, roof storage tanks, silos, hoppers, provide on site fabrication and power plants maintenance works also METSCCO is a private company that operating within capital goods sector focusing on construction and engineering.

...t not suite to the staff level and also the company not given individuals value. Believe me if i have chance to transfer into another company that more benefits i get and high salary immediately i will transfer.

Salary on time. Good learning opportunity for new commer. Duty timing i flexible.

Philippines management, HR personal are too arrogance behavior for non Philippines citizens. Very tough to get final exit visa upon successful completion of contract and same for the salary hike.
