Friendly team, salary within due time

Dislikes

No promotion in 8 years, management not aware of employee performance, appraisal system is not transparent. Lots of discrepancies in facilities given to different branches of India, personal favouritism strongly exists. Had to take mandatory CEIBS training beyond job hours, although no certificate was given inspite of confirmation from top management.

There was few moments when I felt like liking the company.

Dislikes

...n vein of everyone, management doesn't carry the commitments done with employee. Package is very low and learning opportunities are negligible. Transition from the company is more terrible. Salaries are not on time. Nepotism is the only key to success in Metrohm. Even when you wanna switch from here no other company wants to take you as per the bad name in industry. Even they failed very barly in one of the famous survey by a very good survey company. They couldn't even manage to be in Top 500. Survey was named something like "best place to work". There are many more things, in short its not an organization, one can think for career buliding.

All the teammates are supportive in work, also help to solve the problem. Good work environment and culture in office. We celebrate all festival with together.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, satisfaction is less in field.

Slow in career growth of individual employee, require huge time to get promoted

Good company, Service manager in Hyderabad Mr. shyam prasad behavior is not good, His not lifting phone call at any emergency.

Dislikes

Service manager Mr. Shyam prasad, he is not encouraging and not cooperating to customer & Employees also. His forcefully working with Saturdays but his not working.
