Huge diff between CTC and in hand salary. Salary is very less. Less rewards for ur work. Favourism happens during appraisals.

I can't see growth here and the package is also we should worry about, hike on appraisal is on the basis of your last package and not on your performance.

Work-Life balance is awesome. I get to pursue my other hobbies alongside working here. The working crows over here is quite young so it makes it a dynamic environment in the organisation overall.

Dislikes

The salary structure is the part which I dislike the most. Although I make a decent pay here, my friends working in other organisations earm more than me although we have the same ctc. However, with the flexibility i get while working here is unparalleled. So I don't mind earning 3-4K less than my friends.

A company good for people who don't want much stress. This company will give you perfect balance between office and personal life. Variable system will make you drive to be productive.

Dislikes

I don't see good salary slab system here.. You will see people at lower level getting paid more than TL etc.
