The culture of work is a bit good because here everyone is concerned about themselves.

There is a lot of favoritism here. because all the people working in the store are working in the office at a senior level.The number of educated people is very less. Because of this, these people are not able to understand the employees who come from outside.

It's a very Best company in Footwear Industry in India, the very best culture and environment in the company and the main thing the top management's are the very excellent Leaders in the company.

Company is very good. But career growth is zero.. There is no growth..

Speacilly in accounts dept there is no time limit in the dept... If we are working 24*7 that will also be very less in there point of view.. Specially there they are not seeing quality they always seen The quantity. The company is providing the 2nd and 4th saturday off.. The department head Or TL will never give you the saturday leave.. This is very bad culture.

There is lot to learn if you are ready for it. Skill development, managing stocks, developing analytical skills, technical skills is what you can learn the best.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic and vicious. There is more focus on groupism and internal politics rather than performance. Some people from back end team are infamous for their snake role in unnecessarily harassing the front end team members including the store managers. To the extent of plotting fake allegations and making sure the management takes action against them. There is no personal life when you work in front end. No leaves on saturday or sunday no matter what important it would be. Lot of work pressure for numbers. If you are more performance oriented, dont want to indulge into corporate politics then this company is not meant for you. People with no education in this company have been working for years and developed a good flattery behaviour so they have good influence over management. Just check how many well educated with good background have been appointed at various positions and how soon they left for these reasons.
