Here I saw so many politics and main is castisam. This is not corporate office but HR wants to handle all thr situation. Salary increment and permanent option is delete from here.

There is a lot of favoritism here. because all the people working in the store are working in the office at a senior level.The number of educated people is very less. Because of this, these people are not able to understand the employees who come from outside.
