Company is good with nice colleagues, every quarter rewards and recognitions is excellent.

No job security and no carrer growth. I won't prefer this company to my friends. In this company everything will be deducted from your salary like transport, food, training amount. For suppose your ctc is 3.5 you will get 2.5 takehome

Metric fox take cares of their employees.. They celebrate employee succcess... In no time felt like family... I. was new to Banglore...but fortunate to be a part of Metric fox..

I wont say dislike... But my work profile needed me to be at work for extra hours... Which was not stressful but anyone who is ready to take metric fox as a second home can feel it's lovely place to work with... Rest everthing is great..

My team leader Mr Kishore and the rest of the colleagues were great to work with. Most important of all I felt like going to the office meaning it was a friendly and nice environment to work.

No strick rule on incentive caps. They charge the rules anytime. If they want to make money to themselves as a company. Incentives are hard earned and that definitely has to go the employees another the employer.
