No likes worst company and worst ethics, fake promises of salary hike but the salary hike will be after 2 years of slaving, mistreating, and favoritism. Want fresh graduates so then can boss everyone around.

2 years of bond and they give you stupidest reasons to give the hike you deserve.

They will remove you if you are not there favorite and policy of this company will differ from one person to other. HR never bother about employ issues they are just for hiring and manipulations of words you will see alot in this company.

They will remove employees with in one hour

There is no job security in the company and most important you will be get paid when they like and they will remove if they want at any time. If you ask for reason you won't get your papers and releiving properly.

The management sucks. Even the C.E.O would give you his word and then take a 360 degree u turn. There is no career growth prospect and god forbid if your client goes away they do not bother to give you a salary as well.

This company has no ethics and employees at mangement level are not professional. They keep on bossing by taking fresh graduates,offer very less salaries and give more work burden. They want to take bonded labour of 2 years for retaining employees in organisation create a fearful environment to open communication no transparency at work there is no work life balance one should become slave to work for them. They don't follow any guidelines of IT sector. Informal interview methods and while relieving from work don't give prior notice.. not a employee friendly organisation.
