...sed company, its stakeholders (clients) r understanding and appreciate our work. salary is good.

Dislikes

somewhat boring work place. u r either completing the assigned work or going through LinkedIn or upskilling yourself. there is no engagement/fun activity on floor. Shift timings r us based only. there is hardly any 9 to 6 job here.

I can say only one thing I like about GOSC now a days is company building and its diversified employees.

...mselves disconnected. There is no transparency at all which is very suffocating. They hire in very less salary.

Superb stateside team. Drastic difference of thought process between team in India and US. Wide scope of technical skills to use and rust off old skills as well.

Dislikes

Compensations are so so not the best. Work load vs Compensation expectations are never to met. Appraisals are way bad even if you are Rockstar. Non smart ways to collect regular work status makes employees frustrated sometimes.

Likes

It's a good company to work with when you join this company with good salary as after joining you will not get the good increment. No market correction. No night allowance . Learning perspective it's not good as they don't have very good projects except some.

Dislikes

Salary is very less and no market correction plus no night allowance thought you do night shift
