somewhat boring work place. u r either completing the assigned work or going through LinkedIn or upskilling yourself. there is no engagement/fun activity on floor. Shift timings r us based only. there is hardly any 9 to 6 job here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

Work from Home or Hybrid in MetLife GOSC

Hi! How flexible is the work from office or hybrid model is in the MetLife Noida 144 office. Does the company allow employees to work from home? I'm still in the final decision phase with the HR.
