...etely settle with the amount of work load. But eventually I am happy to be hear. Min 10% increments and min 10% bonus on your CTC. And many other perks like birthday, anniversary and wedding gift cards to shop. Along with that quarterly gifts. Extremely happy to be a part of this company! The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.
