I do not see any negitive things i think all there have mnc companies do the same thing like senior get prority once they get experianced there comapny and they get advantage

Team mates are good training is ample but you don't have much time to invest in it job is secure carrer growth is ok as it takes time doesnot matter weather you are over skilled appraisal are average however salary is less as compare to its opponents no traveling in job and high end of politics work environment is healthy innovationnot accepted at all no work life balance as you dont get much time as the office is far from cit and you invest much time in travelling as cabs takes approx 3-4 hours a day.

Dislikes

Salary is low a lot of politics and as being a male you don't see your carrer growing camera cell phones are not allowed in premises and no one can justify about that.

Likes

Transport facility is available free of cost for both side no matter which shift you are in. Career growth is there but only in certain fields & it will happen only if u perform bcoz there will be competition. Work culture is friendly. There is a mix of people but definitely u won't find any friends for life in any corporate. There is a childcare room for strong professional ladies to bring their kids for full day & they will be taken care of by expert childcare staff. There is a gym but it depends on which process you are in as chances are that bcoz of the workload you won't be able to hit the gym at all.

Dislikes

... are in night shift. Timings: 6:30pm-3:30am which disrupts your regular routine. The salary is a concern. Freshers don't get much. The growth is such that u have be in a certain role for about 1.5-2 years to see an appraisal that too won't make a difference. The incentives are paid based on monthly performance which is okay. Managers aren't supportive if you want to make a switch to another process. They just want results and would make you work like a dog! And yes, some processes do have targets. Now it's upto you how you handle the pressure!! Good luck :)

...sed company, its stakeholders (clients) r understanding and appreciate our work. salary is good.

somewhat boring work place. u r either completing the assigned work or going through LinkedIn or upskilling yourself. there is no engagement/fun activity on floor. Shift timings r us based only. there is hardly any 9 to 6 job here.

... we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. salary/appraisal is average. too much politics. otherwise great place to work.
