Have earned diversified fields experience after working at Metl. Its group of companies involved in manufacturing, Trading, energy, FMCG, Textile, and Agriculture business, Metl is a better plateform for those who are with less experience or fresh as they can learn alot more here which will help infuture. I respect Metl bcux i learned every thing here only. Cheerss

Nothing at all, management is not capable of handling professionals, there is no training or learning sort of things, zero innovation are accepted only labour category people can work and enjoy the work culture of MeTL

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No appraisal in 5 year, unless until you resign and fight for leaving company, if the Director feels bad then he will stop your salary till one year to work free then will release you after making you begger, you cant leave the country on your own as passport is with them, if try to act smart, you can be murdered in this country by them, I have lost usd 20,000 by working in this company, not got till date as promised

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
