Overall the company was fine like salary on time, low quality products but high in reliable market in Tanzania as per the competitors, within the period of 2 years I had worked with the company had developed my skills a lot.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, I used work for 16 hours continuously many a times, some time no holiday or break in a week, to much of politics from all departments eg. HR, SALES, ACCOUNTS, the person has to flexible according to the situation if he wants to work with this company.

Over all company well and good in terms condition but some time company unit CEO or GM harrasment employees don't providing facilities which are he/she deserves

Waste company, don't join in this company. High risk for you whoever joining in this company. State politics is very high. Gujarat and Kerala state occupied, so, tamil people's don't join.

They don't take care of employees. If employee is gujarti they take care only.

It is very good company and one of leading company in world another plus point that my colleague come from various cultural background and We work happily in collaboration.i also like employees re hire policy here

There is no personal life for outing,work pressure is high I have to work 12-13 hrs straight in a day,most of the times we should do work Sunday's also.
