I don't like big Boss like manager they only believe what the supervisor tell him.and he never realise what is actually happened there it’s big issue even it’s happening to me also 😌😌😌 i lost my one month salary because of manager take one side Decision. manager not ask me anything he Directly cut my salary but company is very good

Pros: Good salary package and benefit. Salary on time. Job security. Cons: Lack of management Poor work life balance. Hard to get annual leave Load employee with more responsibility Required to travel a lot.

Though the company is owned by Arab, it was like family with no bar on caste, religion, gender. Every one was treated equally. The annual bash is the example, with people from different nation, culture would entertain the gathering.

I can not give any reason why one should not work for Metito. Its a company with great growth
