Please don't join this organization as this company & management is playing with the employees career. Please research about this company twice & thrice in the market. Income Tax Team should take the necessary action.

Worst Founders ever - Super critical, Workplace is full of negativity when they are in office. No respect for internal & external stakeholders, support staff, Humliliation, embarassment & the worst part is they yell at employees like a street fight, not even in person, You will always have a fear of losing your self respect, dignity at any given time. Mental Harassment.

I had given my interview on 4th sep 24 & HR Manager told me that I get selected for the position & i had shared my documents with them for further procedure & after two weeks of time they told me that same position is filed internally.

Work culture is horrible for sales people. Other real estate companies leave you by 6/7 on weekdays but here if you dont have clients they asked you to do telecalling until 9-10 pm. They hire people as a relationship manager but order them to do a telecalling job. Bosses/TLs/AM/Heads always rinsulting the employees. Vapes used by certain employees or TLs in the office premises. Abusive bosses. Threats to lay off was frequent.
