Metclouds provides a better working experience with flexible shifts. It's a better place to build and enchanse the technical knowledge for all fresher and experienced candidates. I recommend Metclouds as a carrier starter for the students who likes to be in the field of system engineer. No much work pressure during the working hours. Company provides servers with Cpanel , plesk, Directadmin, Virtualmin, Vestacp and many others,. So, the embloyee's get chance to work on all the platforms. The company directors are very friendly with the embloyee's and provide help if needed also helps in the work time.

Dislikes

There is nothing to be as dislike for me about the company. One and only thing is for a fresher the company provides anly 1 day off per week.

this was my first company as a systems engineer. It has a startup culture where techs are given freedom to explore,study and improvise and although there is pressure,people who could survive the first 6months as a fresher will get the benefits of promotions from l1 to l3, and get a chance to be a dedicated tech which helps us to work indepentently for a client,make our own decisions as it will basically be your client and only handled by you..and learn to improve the language and technical abilities to impress the client..it helped me with my confidence and moulded me..it had one of the hardest trainings for a fresher who are new to linux where all assignments are to be done by you alone in a trail and error method and examined on a per day basis..but guaranteed that if you survive the training,you will get the confidence to get your hands on any real time linux issue without any fuzz..only downside is with technology growing, the company still uses old virtualization techniques and only if you get a chance with a dedicated client,you get a chance to bring new stuffs..another downside is if you are 2+yrs experience in metclouds, better switch to a larger company as there is no scope of further development there both in terms of promotions/financial/knowledge basis
