Work culture, incompetent leadership team, experienced new joiners are troubled. Policies are a joke. First they will hide policies and then keep on changing them as and when needed in favor of company. Almost all policies are highly biased in company favour.

Starting from a person who holds lots of personal issues is made to lead a team where team suffers unjust politics due to this person , lots of people leave this company due to their personal feeling of not being utilised well and it is true, they hire experienced people and make them look like a clown with no respect and regards till the very end of time so if you are a experienced person and you joined this company , a kind advice don't expect to showcase your ideas and become someone you want to be.
