More salary is offered for people who come from outside and for the same role tenured resources are not considered and they feel underpaid (may be this problem exists in almost all the companies i assume)

...to learn, grow and earn a lot then this can be your best opportunity to grab it. Salary is paid on time, but incentive payments are delayed. The product is excellent for a student.

Initially, the organization was very good with employees, motivation and growth, etc.

Good work environment and culture and Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth should be high. Laptop and Mobile are offered after completing probation period.

I was looking at Data analyst online training program for a while, and my friend Pravin told me about Metawallah training platform. Listening and trusting his references, I decided to go with Mretawallah without having any second thoughts. I feel today, it was my best decision and hiring was also quick, i was expecting Google but was placed in IBM.
