Basically this company is 3 degree level & also having work pressure. There is no salary hike to this company. At present this company is going in a loss removing the people unnecessarily & also it's a night shift company with a lots of politics.

Overall experience good but we have to think out of box learn new technology because what we have learn in this company out side companies not take this skills but we have to add new skills

Time will change at any time in day to day life of work employer scolds on employee but not daily if scolds team will get skills of knowledge with that and time management is compulsory

Work allocation is worst. manager to team lead work not acceptable change manager to team allocation direct work not involve like team leads Who having in all developing departments as team lead half knowledge thay are seem like they are professionals. So manager to team means each and every person should take the work it's right to see all are professionals

despite of having a good business they terminated all their hyderabad office employees and started a new branch in delhi by buying new companies and hiring new agents. terrible experience

Dislikes

job security is zero, apprisals are always skipped, nepotism is too high like company's owners relatives are only surviving and dominating, and vice presidents are donkeys in a horse attire. no proper rules, HR has no role at all.

People were good, very helpful, professional, knowledgeable however this company is closed now.

Dislikes

The owner decided to shut down the company in January 2020 due to ongoing issue of Corona virus and other companies are not hiring people because of same reason although he gave one month salary in advance but that would hardly help employees in this tough situation.
