Despite being given responsibilities comparable to senior roles, my salary was far from what should be expected at this level; The salary structure is completely out of line with industry standards, and even the so called "promotions" cmoe with zero tangible benefits. Favoritism is rampant in the workplace, with senior members showing blatant partiality towards certain individuals. the team dynamic is terrible, and no one helps anyone out here. Junioirs are left to fend for themselves with an overwhelming workload while management offers zero support. To make matters worse, the senior leadership- tech lead - and project manger speaks to junior in an incredibly blunt, condescending and disrespectful manner, making the work environment toxic. You will be not only expected but also being forced to work long and extra hours, often with no guidance or help and your efforts will go unrecognized there's no room for career growth or self respect. Its clear that the company cares more about ticking boxes and meeting deadlines that actually investing in their employees. In conclusion Metadologie is a place where respect, fairness and career progression are non existent. If you're considering joining do yourself being prepared to not commit a suicide.

There is no job security and the management is not good and also if they hire you then they can fire you at any time in the internship period also without giving any solid reason.
