...ked to leave. Poor hiring manager. People with 1.5 years experience drawing 1.50 Lacs salary per month and people with 20 years of experience drawing 1 lacs salary per month.

Metaapply provides pool of knowledge related study abroad and environment is good HR team is supportive they understand concern of a person which I like and learn deep knowledge of countries in overseas education

Dislikes

They alot team manager or higher post without checking background he or she is having team handling experience or not or doing job in right way in future,rapid changes and higher authority couldn't discuss the actual problem facing by employees now a days , even in exit process they didn't discuss the plan why people planning to leave

What I like the most about the company is that the people here are talented and supportive. They value your skills and give you the space to grow. The management encourages a positive environment and listens to your ideas. They let you experiment and make decisions on the basis of your own learnings.

Dislikes

I think they could look at hybrid work model.

Likes

Vibarant work environment. Opportunities to explore and create new revenue channels for the company. Learning and Development. Fairly young work force.

Dislikes

Strict adherence to 9-6 work hours. No/Limited Work from home opportunities. Work life balance is not balanced. Limited employee perks and benefits.

There's hardly to tell anything good about MetaApply. It was good a year ago. The things which were going wrong then wasn't taken care and now it has become a menace.

Dislikes

It has become a school. Not process oriented. Both Sr. HRBP and Associate Director comments on females and try to hide it smartly by saying 'that's not what they meant'. There would be a list of things that why you shouldn't join MetaApply. So beware. The management is clueless to what they want from the org., what they want from themselves. At the end, they just pretend to work and get their salaries.
