What I like the most about the company is that the people here are talented and supportive. They value your skills and give you the space to grow. The management encourages a positive environment and listens to your ideas. They let you experiment and make decisions on the basis of your own learnings.

Dislikes

I think they could look at hybrid work model.

Likes

There's hardly to tell anything good about MetaApply. It was good a year ago. The things which were going wrong then wasn't taken care and now it has become a menace.

Dislikes

It has become a school. Not process oriented. Both Sr. HRBP and Associate Director comments on females and try to hide it smartly by saying 'that's not what they meant'. There would be a list of things that why you shouldn't join MetaApply. So beware. The management is clueless to what they want from the org., what they want from themselves. At the end, they just pretend to work and get their salaries.

Vibarant work environment. Opportunities to explore and create new revenue channels for the company. Learning and Development. Fairly young work force.

Dislikes

Strict adherence to 9-6 work hours. No/Limited Work from home opportunities. Work life balance is not balanced. Limited employee perks and benefits.

Likes

The organisation has a positive and supportive environment. Management is approachable and encourages growth. Regular training sessions are organised to enhance employees skill. This created a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated.

Dislikes

Nothing much, just can adapt hybrid mode.

Likes

Support from Management and a learning culture. Excellent experience if hiring and onboarding process. HR is very supportive and process oriented.

Dislikes

..nothing as such as joined a month back . till now everything is in place.
