...ou everything on the spot and just wants to showoff what they do to the parents. Salary in very few cases is on time. They want u to work even after work hours by giving unnecessary work.

They give whole hearted support for every Event.

During the work time they do not do any differentiation between co curricular staff and teaching staff then they should stop making differentiation during appraisal. For example Co curricular staff less hike Teaching staff big hike

The environment at MET Rishikul Vidyalaya is conducive for personal and professional growth. Its a happy environment to be in where your colleagues are like family and team work is truly pleasurable and enriching. I feel very blessed to be a part of the institution.

There is nothing that i dislike about the school. Its a wonderful place to work in.

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of this team.we work happily in collaboration.

There should be training for the fresher as teacher as wel for co-teacher.. compensation is decent... Overall I am happy and satisfied..
